1. Booking Deposit

To secure your professional bootfitting appointment at OC Snowsports, a non-refundable deposit of $60 is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures that your dedicated 2-hour time slot is reserved exclusively for you with our specialist.

2. Service Credit

The full $60 deposit will be applied as a credit toward the total cost of your bootfitting service.

Total Service Cost: $200

Deposit Paid Online: $60

Remaining Balance Due In-Store: $140

Note: Any additional parts, custom footbeds, or hardware modifications requested during the appointment will be added to the final balance.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

This deposit is non-refundable. Because our bootfitting sessions are high-demand, 2-hour blocks, a cancellation or no-show prevents other skiers from receiving service.

4. Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit provided you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book a future date.

5. Arrival Time

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session or reschedule to ensure we do not impact the next customer’s 2-hour block.
